Biology Honors

What Current Students Say...

Students enjoy the hands-on work that everyone gets to participate in

Some freshmen start high school science in Biology and are interested in preparing for college or future AP courses, or are very interested in the topics

Common challenges include vocabulary/terms and balancing time with other commitments (academic or extracurricular)

 Advice to Future Students?

  • Stay on top of your work to understand and know what is going on.

  • The more you participate, the more you will enjoy the class.

What Else You Should Know...

Summative Assessments can be labs, projects or traditional assessments and may include extended response including CER or creating models
